Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
If we can still accommodate you, your service time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.
